Adam Bernstein's expertise goes much further than behind the bar. From Laguna Beach staple, to Crystal Luxury Cruise's Guest Mixologist on international waters, and returning to settle in as one of San Clemente's elite, he has crafted a lifelong love for hospitality and devoting himself to exceptional experiences for his guests.

He stepped behind the bar in 2000 with Partner's Bistro in Laguna Beach, honing his skills at true farm to table service and concocting freshly made infusions for his handcrafted libations. Quickly earning a reputation in the industry, Adam made his way to Sapphire, where he commanded the bar for 10 years. His regulars were loyal and his cocktails fresh and indulgent.
 

He had the honor of joining Cristal Luxury Cruise as their expert Guest Mixologist for two consecutive tours through 6 countries in the south American waters. Leading daily cocktail experiences and hosting an elite experience like no other.
 

Adam went on to join the RJB Restaurant Group, opening their newest addition to the southern California family, Olea, in Newport Beach. And now serves up his iconic exceptional service at their flagship restaurant, Vine, in the heart of downtown San Clemente. His craft and knowledge of spirits, a distinct interest in wines, and the skillful art of hospitality has led him in a life long career centered in impeccable service to his community. A memorable experience each and every time.
